Training is an important constituent part of enterprise human resource management. It is also an important system of human resource management. Dali education technology company is a professional architectural engineering qualification exam training institutions,since education technology industry began to develop precision marketing, education and training coupled with customers increasingly demanding, enterprise need enough talents to face it.In current situation, Dali Education & Technology Company paid less attention to employees’ training and development in last, have lots of problem in training system. We have to find the problem by some research and analysis and make an optimization to coordinate the development of enterprise. Based on this, we will make an optimization project. Main research approach: methods of documents, management interview and employee survey questionnaire. In the process of making project, we combine the enterprise strategy in training system; referring related psychology theory; taking advantage of company position competency model and career path. With deep analyzing of current training system problem, we will begin with the training management policy and then optimizing the trainer system, training course system and evaluating system.We hope that through making optimization project to play a reference role of Dali Education & Technology Company’s strategy and human resource.
