With a highly developed market economy, enterprises employee training as a basic work becomes more and more important in enterprise. To find and establish an effective mechanism for training, as one of the channels for enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprise, is the ultimate goal of many companies today with regard to staff training in the pursuit. In this paper, as Shengtong Technology Corporation’s employee training management system status for research object, and strive to found the current problems through the analysis, and put forward to corresponding suggestions for improvement, and establishing the characteristics of a company’s own staff training management system, hope that the company’s staff training will be useful, in order to facilitate a company’s sustainable development.This paper describes the research beginning with the background, purpose and meaning, on the basis of the study on training management system from home and abroad, presented the main contents of this paper and technical route. Then the training, training management system and other related concepts are defined, explained its meaning and content, laid the foundation for this article to study Sheng tong Technologies Corporation’s employee training management system. The third, fourth and fifth chapter are the focus of this article, and the third chapter introduces the basic situation of Shengtong Technologies Corporation, analyzes the the present situation and problems on company’s employee training management system, and conducted a questionnaire survey, the existing problems including lack of training organization, the training process a mere formality, training and development of the company does not match, the single mode of training, lack of effective training, evaluation and feedback. On basis of contriving deep-seated problems in Sheng Tong Technologies Corporation’s employee training management system, identified its purpose and principles.A purpose and principles, the main line training management system is constructed by training needs analysis, training planning, training program implementation, training effectiveness evaluation. The writer explores training needs analysis from three aspects as organizational factors, work factors, personal factors; discussed training program from develop general ideas, program content, curriculum, curriculum development, time planning, methods; then probes training for implementation from these aspects as the plan from the early, on-site implementation, the specific implementation; and studying from standards, content, specific implementation of assessment to undertake impact assessment. Finally,it proposed safeguards of Shengtong Technologies Corporation’s employee training management system, including proper sense of establishing corporate training, good organizational and ideological security, training budget to ensure input; to create a training transformation environment, the establishment of a scientific and effective training evaluation mechanisms.
