A Study On The Coordination Mechanism Of The Multi-agent Of The Industrial Poverty Alle Viation In Yuqing County Of Guizhou Province

In 2015,China began to implement precision poverty alleviation,gradually realiz ing the transformation from blood transfusion poverty alleviation to hematopoietic po verty alleviation,and great achievements have been made in hematopoietic poverty all eviation,with more and more models of poverty alleviation and Governance Collabor ative governance has also been applied to the governance of Industrial Poverty Allevi ation.In recent years,after years of development,Yuqing County's industrial poverty alleviation has gradually developed into a multi-subject cooperation model.Based on the deep study of the development and current situation of the industrial poverty allevi ation in Yuqing County,this paper finds out the factors that affect the multi-subject co ordination mechanism of the industrial poverty alleviation in Yuqing,analyzes the rea sons for the lack of the multi-subject coordination,and puts forward some suggestions It is of practical value to the development of poverty alleviation in Yuqing County in dustries and can also provide research materials for other scholars in the field of multi-cooperation governance.This paper describes the four stages of industrial poverty alleviation in Yuqing C ounty,including blood transfusion,hematopoiesis,precision poverty alleviation and c ollaborative poverty alleviation And described the cooperative mechanism of industri al poverty alleviation in Yuqing County.The subject of industrial poverty alleviation i n this paper mainly includes four subjects: government,enterprises,cooperatives and farmers.Based on the collaborative governance mechanism model of industrial povert y alleviation,this paper studies the existing collaborative mechanism of industrial pov erty alleviation in Yuqing County.Based on the stakeholder theory,Participatory Dev elopment Theory and synergetic governance theory,the paper firstly analyzes the practical effect of the multi-subject cooperative mechanism of Industrial Poverty Alleviati on Then it analyzes the multi-subject cooperation mechanism from the factors of gove rnment's leading power,power,farmers' ability,interests and trust,and builds a linear regression model among the influencing factors with the help of SPSS This paper anal yzes the main factors that affect the collaborative governance of multi-agent.Through the analysis of the problems and causes and the analysis of the practical effects,the a nalysis of the effects corresponds to the analysis of the previous structural process To gether,they form the logical relationship among the three main bodies of the thesis.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the multi-coordination mechanis m of industrial poverty alleviation in Yuqing County,namely,the lack of government guidance,the lack of farmers' awareness of coordination,the lack of motivation for co operatives and enterprises,and the low participation of social organizations,and puts f orward some suggestions,such as optimizing the mechanism of improving the ability of the multi-agent of industrial poverty alleviation,the mechanism of interests connect ion,the mechanism of information connection and the mechanism of participation of s ocial organizations,to promote the perfection of the mechanism of the multi-agent of i ndustrial poverty alleviation in Yuqing County.
