Accurate poverty alleviation is a major innovation in the theory and practice of poverty alleviation and development in China.It is the essence and highlight of the party and the country's poverty alleviation work in the new era,it is an important guarantee for building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the "Chinese dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,local governments at all levels,guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping's precise poverty alleviation,have formulated a series of precise poverty alleviation policies based on“precision”.In the past,the“big water flood irrigation”was actually changed to the current “precise drip irrigation”.Ensuring that the rural poor will be lifted out of poverty under the current standards of China by 2020,and all the poverty-stricken counties will be removed.At present,China's precision poverty alleviation work has entered the sprint period of attacking the village.The main tasks involve policy supply,factor supply,service supply,and product supply.However,there are still real problems such as the inability to achieve optimal matching between supply and demand,blind supply,and ineffective supply.In a certain sense,accurate poverty alleviation is the unification of the government policy supply and the real needs of poor households.Research on the precise poverty alleviation work of this state-level deep poverty county in Jingyuan,analyze the problem of uncoordinated supply and demand.Proposing and improving the precise poverty alleviation work in Jingyuan County,and coordinating the relationship between supply and demand,we should increase the supply of policies and systems,create a new situation of “transfusion”and “hematopoietic”,realizing the perfect match between government policy supply and the needs of poor households promote the integration of supply and demand,and transfer poverty alleviation to poor households.The five aspects of spiritual development and improvement of local factor supply are optimized and rectified.The aim is to provide practical and feasible reference for solving the poverty problem in Jingyuan County and winning the fight against poverty as scheduled.
