Study On Development Strategy Of Facility Agricultural Park In Ankang City,Shaanxi Province

Modern agricultural park is related to economic subject according to the characteristics of agricultural production,and the characteristics of the agricultural high-tech,to adjust the agricultural production structure,display of modern agricultural science and technology as the main target,take advantage of the existing agricultural science and technology,agricultural regional social resources and natural advantages,to high-tech investment in the collective and effective into characteristics,by means of enterprise management,research,testing,demonstration,promotion,production and management activities such as agricultural experiment base.It highlights the role of agricultural science and technology and forms a network of demonstration parks in various forms,such as the introduction of new varieties and technologies,standardized production,processing of agricultural products,marketing and logistics.In this paper,the actual situation,in Ankang city,Shaanxi province,facilities agriculture parks has carried on the full investigation and research,found that the park natural resources,infrastructure,environment is good,good industrial foundation,by early 2018,the area of modern agricultural park a total of 620,the total planning area of 1.98 million mu,construction area of 1.15 million mu,the total investment of 17.3 million Yuan,annual output value of 10.28 billion Yuan,1.85 billion Yuan,profit driven 34518 poor households obtain employment,to help farmers' income of 2753 Yuan,the precision for poverty alleviation and played an important role in the country revitalization.However,labor shortage,low level of science and technology,single industrial structure.There are still five problems in the development process of the agricultural park.Second,the vegetable market competition lacks the superiority;Third,the vegetable product sales channel is not smooth;Fourth,the construction of vegetable agricultural park facilities lack of professional personnel;Fifth,serious agricultural pollution.Through the SWOT analysis,aimed at the existing problems in the development of Ankang municipality facilities agriculture park,puts forward reasonable and effective solutions,the results show that the Ankang municipality facilities needed to pay attention to in the future agricultural development:(1)perfect the construction of infrastructure facilities,constantly improve the level of vegetable production services,(2)improve the quality of vegetable processing supervision and management,(3)innovation vegetables sales mode,strengthening the sales and service quality,(4)improve facilities for the development of vegetable industry management level and the farmers' environmental awareness,improve the Ankang municipality facilities for the development of vegetable industry producing area environment.In the future,with the solution of the problems,the quality and grade of the development of the facility vegetable industry will be effectively improved.Besides,the construction of the facility agricultural park is a relatively new thing for Ankang,so the innovation content is relatively wide and there is a large space for transformation and innovation.
