Regional coordinated development is an important guide for rural revitalization strategy. It is one of the important ways to coordinate the development of rural areas by giving full play to regional resource advantages and forming leading industries. As the main body of rural development, farmers' livelihood strategies are consistent with regional development, which is the most important part of rural coordinated development.Coordinating the relationship between rural and farmers is also one of the keys to solving the "three rural" problems. Therefore, this paper plans the relationship between rural and peasants from the dual perspectives of space and farmers, promotes the coordinated development of rural areas, and lays a solid foundation for the grand blueprint for rural revitalization. The article uses national statistical data and first-hand survey data in southern Shaanxi, and uses the fragile-sustainable livelihood capital framework as a theoretical guide to conduct rural development research from the perspective of space and farmers. On the spatial level, the multidimensional development index(MDI)of counties in southern Shaanxi is calculated by using the pentagon of livelihood capital to understand the status of the five major livelihood capitals in the counties of southern Shaanxi and the overall development of the counties. At the same time,Exploratory Spatial Data Analysis(ESDA)is used to interpret the spatial agglomeration status of the multi-dimensional development index of various counties in southern Shaanxi. The purpose is to grasp the development status and spatial pattern of the southern Shaanxi region, and determine the development advantages and future development directions. However, the simple spatial analysis is too macroscopic, and does not take into account the idea of the rural business entity, that is,the farmers, which is likely to cause policy failure and restrict regional development. Therefore,at the farmer level, according to the rural survey data, the livelihood strategies of farmers in southern Shaanxi are analyzed and analyzed, and the multi-disorder logistic model is used to analyze the farmers' willingness to develop in the future, and to understand the farmers' willingness to develop as the main body of rural development. Finally, according to the development advantages of the counties in Shaanxi Province and the wishes of farmers, policy recommendations were made to guide farmers to form a livelihood strategy in line with the regional development strategy,to achieve coordinated rural development, and to accelerate the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. In this paper, the ArcGIS10.1 software is used to analyze the visual expression and spatial difference characteristics of the development index. The multi-dimensional development index(MDI)in southern Shaanxi shows a trend of high west-east low,and the development level of western China is higher than that of the east. The high-value area is concentrated in the area bordered by Hanzhong City and Ankang, that is,the central part of the southern part of Shaanxi Province;the low-value area is basically located in Shangluo City, but the MDI at the junction of Shangluo City and Henan Province is relatively high.In the spatial correlation, the global autocorrelation analysis shows that the P value of the global G coefficient is much smaller than 0.01,the z score is positive, and the multidimensional development index between the county units shows a spatial high value agglomeration state at the 99% significance level;local autocorrelation in the analysis, the distribution of cold hotspots has obvious spatial characteristics. The cold spots and sub-cold spots are concentrated in the eastern part of the study area;the hot spots and sub-hot spots are concentrated in the west of the study area, and the overall development advantages are obvious.Through the statistical single-dimensional calculation results,it is found that the human capital advantages of Hanyin,Baihe and Shangnan counties are obvious;the natural capital advantage of Zhenping County is obvious;the counties of financial capital are: Jixian,Nanzheng,Chenggu,Xixiang,Shiquan,Han Yinheli County;material capital advantage counties are Foping and Xixiang counties;while Ningqiang,Qixian,Liuba,Chenggu,Foping,Shanyang and Shangnan counties are social capital prefectures. The study of spatial perspective can grasp the direction of regional development from a macro perspective. However, spatial analysis can not examine the ideas of farmers, and can not coordinate rural policies with the wishes of farmers. It is easy to cause policy failure and restrict regional development. Therefore, supplementary research is carried out from the farmer level. The field survey found that 91.98% of farmers have their own ideas and know how to develop in the future.Farmers in different counties tend to work to meet their needs by going out to work.At present, migrant workers have become the largest source of income for families in rural areas.Non-agricultural industries and continuing agricultural production are secondary livelihood strategies for rural families. The multivariate Logistics model based on Stata15.1 software explores the influencing factors and mechanisms of farmers' willingness to develop in southern Shaanxi. The regression analysis of farmers' willingness to develop shows that labor age, number of family students, transfer income and risk have a significant positive impact on farmers' dependence on the government. This needs to be handled properly, otherwise it will easily breed lazy psychology, and business income will have a negative impact on it.Labor share, health status, number of students, wage income, whether relatives and friends are non-agricultural employment, family exposure risks, and immigrants have a significant positive impact on migrant workers, and the family business income and whether the family has a village cadre has a negative impact on it.All human capital, natural capital, and wage income and risk profiles have a significant impact on continuing agricultural production.Whether the farmer intends to develop the non-agricultural industry and the number of family students and whether relatives and friends are positively related to non-agricultural employment is negatively related to natural capital. In addition, the number of students in the family, whether relatives and friends have non-agricultural employment and family risks have a greater incentive for the future development of farmers. The spatial pattern analysis shows that the development status and development advantages of each county are not the same, but the t-test analysis shows that the regional development has no significant impact on the farmers' willingness to develop, which indicates that the farmers are not good at using regional advantages for development. In view of the problems existing in rural development in southern Shaanxi, this paper proposes to strengthen regional linkages, promote regional coordinated development, enhance the status of farmers, and enhance the role of farmers;to coordinate the dual perspectives of space farmers, and propose measures suitable for the coordinated development of southern Shaanxi based on local conditions.
