Research On Building Industrial Chain And Coordinating Urban-Rural Development Of Southern Shaanxi

To balance the urban and rural development will last a long time, the exploration on which shows diversities. It is the inevitable way to achieve the final target that is urban-rural integration. The duel economic and social structure broadens the gap between city and country by blocking the rational flow of factors of production and the optimal allocation of industrial resources. The building of industrial chain is beneficial to optimize the industrial structure and the integration of urban and rural resources, breaking the closed and independent situation in which city and country are separated. This method is a great help to solve "three Fs" problems and other ones during the process of coordinating urban and rural development to achieve the integration.This article first defined the concepts like industrial chain and urban-rural coordination, and then reorganized document literature about them. From the perspective of qualitative, this article elaborated the theory foundation of the above two concepts, between which the dynamic interaction relationship was verified and analyzed from a quantitative point of view. The analysis results showed that the level of industrial chain and urban-rural coordination was in granger causality which means the reasonable design of industrial chain promotes urban-rural coordination. Finally, by analyzing the status and problems of industries and the relationship between city and country, this article provided with the exact way to try urban-rural coordination and designs of industrial chain that is match with southern shaanxi. Southern shaanxi decided to adopt the way of "urban area elevates rural area". Through relocation and resettlement, this could expand the influence and cohesion of Hanzhong, Ankang, Shangluo in southern shaanxi and improve the level of urban-rural coordination, speeding up the pace of urbanization. The distribution of industrial chain in southern shaanxi should be based on the industrial core area, forming the industrial activities in points, lines to focus on the development of competitive industries and industrial chain structure.This article starts from the theoretical foundation, empirical analysis and practice three aspects, including seven chapters:the first chapter introduced the research background, aims, and the research clues and methods of building industrial chain and the development of urban-rural coordination. Then, this chapter defined some related concepts and reorganized document literature in and out of China. The second chapter described the theoretical basis of industrial chains and urban-rural development, analyzed the foothold of the industrial chain and urban-rural coordination. Besides, this article analyzed the interaction between urban and rural areas and the layout of the industrial chain. From Chapter three the article goes to empirical research. By testing the level of the industrial chain and urban-rural coordination, the establishment of a VAR model, the stability test, cointegration test, Granger causality test, analysis of IRF impulse response function diagram, the result was given based on final data of Hanzhong Statistical Yearbook. Chapter four and five were constructed of building industrial chain to promote the development of urban-rural coordination as practice. The forth chapter described the current situation and problems of urban and rural industries in southern Shaanxi. Chapter fifth designed the urban and rural planning path and industrial chain. Chapter six of this article offered related suggestions. Chapter seven summarized the full text and proposed research prospects in the future.
