Investigation And Analysis Of The Quality Of China's Economic Growth Under The Constraints Of Resources And Environment

Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has entered a high-speed development stage of sustained growth,and has made remarkable achievements.But at the same time,the sustained economic growth has also led to the related problems of resources and environment.Many cases in the course of China's economic development show that the problem of resources and environment is becoming more and more serious with the sustained growth of China's economy.In the early stage of China's economic development,the extensive economic growth mode,which blindly pursues high-speed economic growth but neglects the quality of economic growth,leads to over-exploitation and great waste of resources,the continuous shortage of resources,the deterioration of the environment,more and more disharmonious factors in the process of economic growth,and the decline of the quality of economic growth.China's reform and opening-up has gone through 40 years.In order to maintain the vitality of economic growth and under the background that the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,we need to sum up the experience and lessons of economic development in the period of quantitative economic growth,adjust economic growth from quantitative to qualitative,and avoid economic growth falling into the trap of "growth limit".At present,most of the domestic and foreign economic studies are on economic growth,and there is no systematic theory on the quality of economic growth.There is less research on the quality of economic growth under the constraints of resources and environment.On this basis,this paper reflects on the problems existing in the economic growth theory,combines with the reality of China,and makes a new look at the quality of economic growth.China's economic growth has been in the stage of resource and environment constraints.It is of great significance to study the quality of China's economic growth under resource and environment constraints.This paper is mainly based on the restraint mechanism of resources and environment on economic growth,using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,to study the quality of China's economic growth under the restraint of resources and environment.Firstly,it describes the current situation of China's economic growth and resources and environment,and analyses the situation of China's economic growth and resources and environment.Secondly,on the basis of building a comprehensive evaluation index system,it makes an empirical study on the quality of China's economic growth under the constraints of resources and environment,and explores the constraints of resources and environment on the quality of China's economic growth at different stages.Finally,it is based on This paper studies the quality of China's economic growth under the constraints of resource and environment of vegetable productivity,and analyses the differences of the quality of China's economic growth under the constraints of resource and environment from the temporal and spatial dimensions.Based on the research of this paper,the main conclusions are as follows: under the constraints of resources and environment,the overall quality of China's economic growth is not high,and the quality of economic growth has obvious regional differences.Under the constraints of resources and environment,the quality of economic growth in the eastern region is much higher than that in the central region and the western region;the resource and environment constraints of China's economic growth quality are present in different periods of economic growth.At the beginning of economic growth,the restriction of resources and environment on the quality of China's economic growth is not obvious,but the mode of economic growth is extensive and the quality of economic growth is not high.With the continuous progress of economic growth,the restriction of resources and environment on the quality of economic growth becomes more and more serious due to the excessive exploitation and utilization of resources and the emission of environmental pollution in the earlier period of economic growth.The more obvious,the mode of economic growth began to change from extensive to intensive,and the quality of economic growth gradually improved.Therefore,in order to reduce the restrictive effect of resources and environment on economic growth and improve the quality of China's economic growth,this paper puts forward the following policy recommendations: speeding up regional technology transfer;encouraging technological innovation and improving technological progress;rationally innovating the layout and correct innovation mode;promoting regional industrial transfer and accelerating the adjustment of regional industrial structure;expanding sustainable development,green development and follow-up.The dissemination of environmental protection,such as the environment-friendly economy,should strengthen the public's awareness of sustainable development,rationally exploit resources and avoid falling into the "resource curse" trap.
