Research On Regional Economic Coordinated Development Based On Resource Environment Capacity

With the high-speed growth, China faces the problem of unbalanced development, especially the difference between the east and the west area. It may greatly influence the whole society of our country economy growth and also may threaten social stability and harmony. Government has attached great importance on this problem. So narrowing the regional gap and promoting economic coordinated regional development becomes the significant task. So what is the economic regional coordinated development and how to realize are urgent problems to be solved. Related research about the coordinated development of regional economy is not enough. Depth research on regional economic coordinated development based on resources and environment carrying capacity has strong theoretical and practical significance.This paper tries to explore what is the regional economic coordinated development and how to realize the state based on the resources and environment carrying capacity through the theoretical and empirical research. First this paper builds the coordinated development of regional economy in the new framework and puts forward that resources and environment carrying capacity is the foundation to promote the coordinated development of regional economy. Natural resources and environmental elements and the corresponding economic activity in the absence of external force are certain, so the resources and environment carrying capacity is different. But it can be reduced in gap through the market mechanism regulation. And different resources and environment carrying capacity leads to industrial division of labor and elements mobility which can realize the harmonious development of regional economy. Then this paper constructs resources and environment carrying capacity evaluation model from three aspects:supply of natural resources, the capacity of ecological environment and economic and social conditions support. It is found that Chongqing has been overloaded and Guangdong is still in the range of hosts. Moreover, it tries to build the coordination degree model to analyze the pertinence of resources and environment carrying force difference and economic differences At last, it puts forward police recommendations that deepen the reform of the household registration system and promote the free flow of population.The innovation of this paper is to reconsider the economic coordinated development in resources and environment capacity perspective. And it puts forward a regional view that resources and environment carrying capacity is a basis for regional economic coordinated development. The key consideration is to adapt the situation within the region natural resources and population economy, namely the resource environmental bearing capacity. And resources and environment carrying capacity contains variable factors and immutable factors. The capacity can be reduced through the mobility or improving of variable elements to make a match of immutable and variable factors. So it can promote coordinated regional economic development. Besides, The effective ways to achieve the coordinated development of regional economy is the industrial division and elements mobility based on different resources and environment carrying capacity.
