A Study On The Coordinated Development Of Economy And Society Of 25 Border Counties In Yunnan Province

In order to reveal the coupling relationship and its spatial distribution characteristics between economic growth and social development. 25 frontier mountain counties of Yunnan Province as the study area in this study, based on data for 2012 to state the coordinated development of economy and society for the study of the main line, the scientific evaluation index system of county economy and society, build border model based model of economic development, social development, and economic and social coordinated development degree of quantitative evaluation model of border county economic and social development of harmonious state, the following conclusions:1) Economic foundation. Due to the geographical location, location factor,infrastructure construction, population and economic base more differences, such as the border counties economic development also has serious imbalance in the speed and level, Of which, ruili city, hekou county, jinghong city, tengchong county of concentrated in south yunnan, it is the area and so on economic structure is good, not only in development speed, development level, differences have incomparable advantages and other counties and cities have different degree of economic development, some counties and cities, such as jin county, green in the spring and is backward in every way.2) The differences in social development of the county, there are huge differences between 25 in yichun, similar to the economy, western yunnan, it is the county’s population structure is reasonable, the residents’ life quality is higher, the residents of happiness and satisfaction is high, at the same time, in this full use of the functions of the government, whether revenue or public investment, are far ahead of other counties and cities, the opposite is northwest yunnan and other places, the population structure is not reasonable, residents are moved back, the urbanization rate was far below the average level, government revenue and functional aspects are underutilized.(3) In total, 25 in yichun level of coordinated development degree of economy and society in general, but present a certain space coordinate coupling, generally high degree of social and economic coordination, also means that the overall economic growth and social development from rate is lesser, but low economic and social comprehensive evaluation index and the lower level of economic and social coordination county are mainly concentrated in northwest yunnan and southeast yunnan border counties and cities.25 border counties in yunnan province’s economic and social development of the contradiction is more outstanding, and is still a big gap between the national average,yunnan province, the urbanization process, in order to achieve sustainable economic and social harmonious development, border counties of yunnan province should be through the establishment of system of characteristic economy development of yichun,adjust measures to local conditions to develop the local economy, to build a "national- China- yunnan province yichun- outside the cross-regional cooperation and tourism resources to develop its advantage, for the border counties economic vitality;Establish and improve relevant policies and regulations, encourage foreign investment, attract interregional cooperation; Perfect in yichun transportation network,on the one hand, strengthen the yichun links with the mainland as well as exchange of the resource, on the other hand, give full play to the geographical position advantage,realize cross-border cooperation; Strengthen in yichun education development, the implementation of the strategy of developing the country according to law;Government should greatly to border county economy support, to set up the border counties of socialist society development countermeasures such as pilot studies to promote the development of science of border area economic society.
