The Research On Coordinative Development Issues Between Ecological Environment And Economy In Tianjin City

Each region will be faced with the contradiction between ecological environment and economic development, the primary problem of a social development is to solve the contradiction between ecological environment and economic development. Espe-cially in the 21st century, the overall development of Tianjin is changing all the time. However, there have been a series of environmental issues that urgent need to be managed at the same time. Therefore, how to make a reasonable development path is the primary issue for Tianjin now.This is also the starting point and specific signifyca-nce for the study.Based on the ecological environment and economic development status in Tianjin, this paper make a study to the Environmental Kuzets Curve of Tianjin first, using Eviews and SPSS software, based on the theories of environment economy, susta-inable development, coordinated development and so on. Then, this paper evaluates the environmental quality change and economy development status from 1999 to 2013 again, this paper draw the following main conclusions:The first, this paper has posted that there is inverse U shape and adding U shape character between the industrial "Three Wastes" and the economy increasing by Environmental Kuznets Curve. These characteristics are actually inconsistent with Environmental Kuznets Curve which actually is inverse U shape; The second, environmental comprehensive benefits and economic benefits was improving every year from 1999 to 2013 in Tianjin, And the overall efficiency of the economy exceed the environment compreh-ensive benefits in 2002; The third, Coordination degree (D degree) of Tianjin were more than 0.9 per year from 1999 to 2013, and it belongs to the category of high quality coordination; The forth, the coordinated development degree (E degree) of Tianjin has improved every year from 1999 to 2013, and it reached to the category of high quality coordination development; The fifth, Tianjin current developments are of high quality with environmental development lagged, Environmental issues remain a primary factor which restrict economic development.Finally, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the conclusions. If Tianjin wants to achieve the perfect coordination development, it can start from restructuring industrial developing circular economy、improving relevant systems and constructing ecological city. The cause analysis and countermea-sures suggestions are of great reference to promote the construction of the resource-saving and environment-friendly society in Tianjin city.
