Application Research On Cost Refinement Management Of Z Tunnel Engineering Company

In the past decades,China's infrastructure engineering industry has developed rapidly.Z Tunnel Engineering Company has overcome technical difficulties,met the challenges of complex terrain and completed a glorious task.However,with the increasingly fierce market competition,Z company's operating situation has a downward trend,so the management of Z company urgently needs to think deeply about the current situation of project management and cost management.Through the analysis,we can see that Z company has some problems in the cost management of project bidding,implementation,material management and other aspects.On the one hand,the high cost is due to the increasing cost of project materials and labor year by year.On the other hand,because of the lack of advanced enterprise cost management system and measures,the project operation and cost management ability of the project undertaken by the company need to be improved urgently.Therefore,starting from the related research theory of cost refinement management,taking Z company as the research object,this paper explores what unreasonable aspects exist in the current cost management of Z company,makes a detailed analysis of the defects and problems existing in the current cost plan,control,implementation,accounting,feedback and other aspects of Z company,and puts forward appropriate improvement programs and measures.Finally,it puts forward some suggestions and measures.According to a project,the simulation test is carried out to compare the results.Finally,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions on how to effectively implement the cost refinement management scheme in Z company,which can form a set of effective cost refinement management methods suitable for Z company.At the same time,it has certain reference significance for cost management of similar engineering enterprises.
