Research On Design Improvement Of Smart Glasses Products Of T Company Based On DMAIC Process

With the development of science and technology progress,Smart glasses equipment as a kind of new product design on the new stage,Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg had predicted "AR smart glasses will replace smart phone",and it is based on the prediction of the smart glasses application direction would like smart phones involved in all aspects of people's life and work,and how to design good to make it more likely to be consumers to accept the new equipment,it will be a new topic in recent years,is also a smart hardware manufacturing in a rare good opportunity and challenge.In the study of this paper to T company's intelligent glasses products as the research object,through the six sigma DMAIC process Define,Measure,Analyze,Improve,Control the five processes,to Define the current T smart glasses products of the company's main problem by measuring steps and the main problem point,again through the analysis put forward effective Suggestions to solve practical problems,choose effective improvement scheme in improving stage,finally in Control phase to ensure selection of improvement plan been effectively implemented,So as to achieve the ultimate goal of improving the product.DMAIC is an important tool for process improvement in six sigma management.As a process improvement tool,DMAIC is widely used in the manufacturing industry.In this paper,DMAIC process is used in T company's smart glasses products for practical improvement and upgrading,which plays a good role in the promotion and application of DMAIC process.DMAIC process improvement method is applied in the development and improvement process of the company's smart glasses products,aiming at clarifying the core competitiveness of products,optimizing product functions,improving products availability and ease of use.It makes smart glasses products more in line with the usage habits of current consumers,and takes into account the actual application scenarios of work and life comprehensively.Meanwhile,it also makes a preliminary idea for the sales target and object of the company's products,so as to find corresponding customers for sales,improve product performance and help improve the company's performance.The method applied in the research process and the expected result of the improved products,have a strong reference value for the product improvement and upgrading of the manufacturing products of other companies.
