| The study of entrepreneurial failure and serial entrepreneurship is of theoretical value and practical significance.From the existing literature,most scholars use the theory of entrepreneurial self-efficacy to study entrepreneurial intention.This theory can effectively explain the formation mechanism of the first entrepreneurial intention of the entrepreneur.The experiences of failure can reduce the self-efficacy of the venture.So it is difficult to explain the impact mechanism of entrepreneurs’ serial entrepreneurship intention after the failure of entrepreneurship by using the theory of entrepreneurial self-efficacy.Therefore,from the perspective of entrepreneurial ability,based on the theory of experiential learning,this paper constructs a theoretical model of learning from entrepreneurial failure,entrepreneurial ability and serial entrepreneurial intention.In this paper,entrepreneurs who have entrepreneurial failure experience are studied.The data were collected by questionnaire survey,and effective control was carried out from the design of the questionnaire to the recovery of the questionnaire.Finally,226 valid questionnaires were obtained.Statistical analysis software SPSS21.0 was used for data analysis.The results show that self-learning,enterprise learning,relationship learning and management learning in learning from entrepreneurial failure can help to improve entrepreneurial ability and serial entrepreneurial intention;Opportunity recognition and resource acquisition in entrepreneurial ability mediate the process of learning from entrepreneurial failure affecting serial entrepreneurial intention.Specifically,entrepreneurial ability plays a mediating role between self-learning and serial entrepreneurial intention,and plays a partial intermediary role between enterprise learning,relationship learning,management learning and serial entrepreneurial intention.It effectively reveals the "black box" of the mechanism of learning from entrepreneurial failure on serialentrepreneurial intention.It enriches and expands the theoretical research of the two fields: Entrepreneurship failure and serial entrepreneurship.From the above research findings,it can be seen that this research is a direction for the entrepreneurs who are in the period of failure and confusion.And tell them how to carry out effective failure learning,enhance their entrepreneurial ability and whether they should carry out serial entrepreneurship.It provides a theoretical basis for the relevant government departments to formulate entrepreneurship policies and implement entrepreneurship education.At the same time,this paper also points out the possible shortcomings of the research,and on this basis,prospects the future research direction. |
