Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Entrepreneurial Failure On Re-entrepreneurial Intention And Policy Optimization

At present,entrepreneurship has become a hot topic in the globalization process.Entrepreneurship activities in China also flourish.However,entrepreneurs should be deeply aware that entrepreneurship itself has great uncertainty.The path to entrepreneurship is bound to encounter many unpredictable The difficulty,therefore,may face the risk of business failure.Entrepreneurial failure can provide entrepreneurs with experience and career insight opportunities,entrepreneurs can learn from their own business failure will be transformed into a complete entrepreneurial knowledge structure,enhance entrepreneurial thinking and enhance entrepreneurial capabilities,and thus entrepreneurs to create a follow-up entrepreneurial intentions influences.In this study,firstly,a literature review on the reality of entrepreneurial failure is carried out.Based on the research results of scholars both at home and abroad,the author conducts a theoretical analysis on the causes of entrepreneurial failure,further entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial learning.Secondly,based on the literature research,this paper puts forward the relevant theoretical models and research hypotheses of entrepreneurial failure and reinventive intention.Then,based on the existing maturity scale,we adjusted and established the variable measurement tools and set up the questionnaire.The survey respondents identified as entrepreneurs in the startups that failed in the entrepreneurship and obtained 623 cases that meet the requirements of this study Valid questionnaire Finally,the data are statistically analyzed by means of descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and the research hypotheses are tested and the corresponding research conclusions are drawn.The conclusion of this research is as follows: The entrepreneurial failure has a significant negative correlation with the intent of reinventing entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurial learning plays an intermediary role through identifying opportunities,mastering resources and managing teams in the relationship between entrepreneurial failure and reinventing entrepreneurship.The relationship between re-entrepreneurial intention there is a regulatory role.Therefore,this study argues that policymakers should pay attention to the case-based education of failure of entrepreneurship,improve the psychological endurance capacity of entrepreneurs and risk prevention capabilities through training,guide entrepreneurs to conduct a more rational view of entrepreneurial failures,and encourage entrepreneurs to reflect on themselves from failure,At the same time focus on creating a tolerant failure,to encourage innovative social atmosphere.
