Research On The Influence Mechanism Of Entrepreneurial Failure Experience On Continuous Entrepreneurial Intention

Entrepreneurial activity plays a pivotal role in a country’s econ omic development.The Global Entrepreneurship Monitor(GEM)sur vey found that the frequency of entrepreneurial activity among entre preneurs in China is only a handful in the world.For startups,the entrepreneurial situation is tough,but there are still many entreprene urs who have forged ahead through the baptism of failure,creating a situation of continuous entrepreneurship.The experience of entrepr eneurial failure is essentially a valuable resource with certain uniqu eness and considerable value,from which entrepreneurs can learn a nd improve their entrepreneurial ability,and improve the chances of success in their next venture.However,failure experiences can als o lead to depression and even cognitive bias,and eventually loss of precise decision-making ability.Scholars,relying on different theori es,have also reported conflicting findings on how entrepreneurial fa ilure experiences affect entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial competencies a nd act on subsequent entrepreneurial behavior.This study uses empirical analysis to explore in depth how ent repreneurial experience affects entrepreneurs’ willingness to start a s uccessive business on the basis of entrepreneurial general ability as a mediating variable and entrepreneurial tenacity as a moderating va riable.The specific contents are:first,collating the arguments in th e literature related to entrepreneurial failure experience and entrepre neurial ability,and defining entrepreneurial experience and entrepren eurial ability;Second,divide the variables,measure the entrepreneur ial failure experience by the number and degree of entrepreneurial f ailure,and measure the entrepreneurial ability by opportunity identif ication ability,strategic decision-making ability and analysis and jud gment ability;third,establishing a theoretical model and putting for ward the relevant Thirdly,the theoretical model is developed and th e hypotheses are proposed,and the questionnaire is used as the res earch method.The conclusions are as follows:first,entrepreneurs’ entrepreneur ial failure experience has a significant positive impact on continuou s entrepreneurial intention,and entrepreneurial failure experience has a positive impact on entrepreneurs’ entrepreneurial ability;Second,the entrepreneurial ability of entrepreneurs has a significant positive impact on continuous entrepreneurial intention,and all dimensions o f entrepreneurial ability play an intermediary role between entrepren eurial failure experience and continuous entrepreneurial intention;Th irdly,construct the research theoretical model and put forward the hypothesis.Take the questionnaire survey as the research method of the paper.After the reliability and validity test,use multiple linear regression to test the hypothesis.
