China Mobile Hebei Company 4G officially commercial and take the lead in the 4G era on March 18,2014.Hebei Mobile subsidiaries seize the time window,and keep first-mover advantage,4G business has developed rapidly.With China Unicom,China Telecom 4G license issued,the domestic 4G market has formed three operators competition,It's a tough competition.Zhangjiakou Mobile as a subsidiary of Hebei Mobile,It also faces fierce competition in the development of the 4G business.So what are the advantages?disadvantages?opportunities and challengesof Zhangjiakou Mobile in 4G development,and how to use opportunities to avoid disadvantages,how to leverage strengths to meet challenges,so What kind of competition strategy should be adopted is the problem discussed in this paper.This paper is based on the theory of competition strategy,basic Marketing Theory of Communication Industry,for the current domestic 4G competition situation,Take 4G Problems encountered or likely to be encountered in the development process as the main entry point,analyze the macro environment of 4G business development through PEST analysis tool,explicit the favorable conditions for the development of mobile 4G business in Zhangjiakou in macro environment.Next,through SWOT analysis,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of Zhangjiakou Mobile 4G are clarified,and based on the results of the analysis,the corresponding response strategy is obtained.Last according to the strategic choice,the specific strategic implementation plan of Zhangjiakou Mobile Company is determined.Finally,in this paper,the competitive strategy of Zhangjiakou Mobile Company 4G given is enhance channel controland operating capacity,continue to expand 4G customers through precision mining of the incremental market,enhance 4G package promotion to existing 4G customers to enhance customer value,adopt differentiated flow management strategy to achieve 4G traffic share competition,Continuously improve 4G customer service capability and satisfaction level,maintain industry leadership level.
