Since the reform and opening,at the expense of the environment,the economy has been increasing at a high speed,but also bring more and more social and environmental problems.China in recent years,a series of environmental pollution incident made the whole society aware of the problem of environmental pollution,especially water pollution problems without delay.A series of favorable environmental protection industry policies have been introduced,PPP model has been vigorously promoted,the parties are generally optimistic about the capital of sewage treatment this rapid development of the industry,to join the competition.H company is a set of sewage treatment R & D,design,equipment production,installation commissioning,managed operations and investment operations as one of the medium-sized science and technology environmental protection enterprises.With the company expanding the scale,H companies have lots of problems affecting the development of the company,the urgent need to quickly develop a scientific and reasonable and suitable for the company's own competitive strategy.In this paper,the research object is H company,in the analysis of the external environment of the enterprise,we use PEST model and Michael Porter five forces model to determine the opportunities and threats facing: in recent years the state introduced a series of laws and policies greatly increased Investment in sewage treatment facilities construction,combat environmental violations unprecedented.Sewage treatment industry development prospects,sewage treatment market will sink to small and medium-sized villages and industrial parks,there is still a huge space of market demand.New Internet of Things technology brings the industry more application needs and market opportunities.But the industry competition pressure is huge,capital pressure restricts the development of small and medium enterprises.And then we analyze the company's development history,resources,ability and core competitiveness and other internal environment,to determine the company's strengths and weaknesses.On the basis of the quantitative analysis of SWOT,we determine the strategic type and intensity that H company should formulate,and combine with the conclusion of market analysis-focus on rural sewage treatment market,take opportunistic and positive development strategy.Use limited resources,focus on the development of small towns and rural sewage treatment market which has great potential for development of the market.This is the most suitable to play the company's technological advantages.At the same time vigorously develop the sewage treatment from the engineering to the equipment of the transition from a large focus to a small concentration and decentralized transformation of thenew model;Combine advanced Internet of Things technology and traditional sewage treatment equipment to create new markets to meet the new demand.Finally,we introduces a series of improvement and safeguard measures adopted by the Company to ensure the success of the competitive strategy: adjust the organizational structure,optimize the human resources management system,strive to build the mobile service platform,improve the financial management strategy,expand the PPP project investment and financing mode,Improve the corporate culture.This paper makes a deep discussion on the future development strategy of H Company by using the competitive knowledge management theory and also hopes the research results of this thesis can be used to develop relevant strategies and systems.This paper also has some reference significance for the formulation of competitive strategy model of medium-sized environmental protection enterprises in China.
