Study On The Risk Avoidance Of BOT Mode Of Sewage Treatment Projects

This article has applied relevant theory of BOT project risk management and the characteristics of sewage treatment projects to analyze the BOT financing of situation, put forward the problems that were encountered in the project and response measures.Firstly, this paper elaborated on the development background of BOT model China's sewage treatment, and analyzed the drawbacks of the model of the past sewage plants and put forward the main contents of this paper. Secondly, according to the theory of project implementation, the BOT financing model was discussed the risk management. Although there are sewage treatment plants using BOT model at home and abroad, all participants for the project's issue of risk aversion is still relatively small. This paper aimed at the combination of required courses in public facilities on the acquired theoretical knowledge and the BOT financing models, and adopted BOT model to deeply study sewage treatment plant to find out major risk factors and practical method of risk aversion though targeted research. Finally, BOT model plays dominant role in business projects of infrastructures.Combined with theoretical study above, the final chapter analyzed real case. The possible risks of the process of implementation of Xi Lang project are found from many aspects of the role of government, the form organization of project implementation, and implementation of the project's external environment. There are macroeconomic policy advice and the specific implementation of project owners'advice to promote the level of project management at home.
