Company G is a well-known elevator manufacturing Enterprise,elevator products of the enterprise is famous for its short delivery cycle,cost-efficient,has become the one of famous domestic brand besideforeign-funded enterprises Mitsubishi,Hitachi,Otis.In order to keep the core competitiveness of the enterprise,from the founding year of 1982 till today,core components of the elevator control panel has been developed and produced on Company G's own,after more than 30 years of continuous improvement,from the aspects of development or production,there have been several generations of innovation.Company G's control panel production has been now streamlined assembly line production,however,with the entire elevator industry being more competitive,as well as future production capacity planning,Control Panel assembly efficiency needed to be further enhanced in.control panel inspection efficiency,as one of the important procedure,plays the key role on How to improve production efficiency Control Panel without lowering quality,because control panel is the core component,its efficiency and the quality has become an important factor of g Company G 's core competitiveness.This thesis raises the question on contradictions betweenelevator control panel assembly line capacity and future capacity planning of Company G,by analysis main problem lies on the inspection of control panel assembly---control panelinspection efficiency is low,this thesis focus on low efficiency on elevator control panel inspectionand starts in-depth research,and adopts 5W1 H analysis method on 11 processes of elevator control inspection procedure,using ECRS analysis method for reduction,merge,and adjustment and simplification on all process,planning appropriate programmers for implementation and verification.Eventually lift control panel reduces inspection time from 60 minutes to25 minutes for each unit,the desired goal is achieved for Company G's elevator control panel assembly line to meet future capacity needs,at the end,thesis evaluates and the improvement and summarizes its significance.Control panel assembly line balancing rate increase from 47.92% to 93.43%,the problem is solved,while this study saves the cost and space forCompany G,as well as improving productivity and product quality,etc.In addition,this study will be a valuable promotional reference to other parts assembly for Company G,as well as for the customization special equipment manufacturing industries like elevator.
