| With the development of market economy and international trade,as well as consumer demand for product quality and safety is getting higher and higher,the laboratory testing business has developed rapidly.At the same time,customers put forward higher requirements to the efficiency of testing and management level for laboratory.An internal testing laboratory plays a key role in the enterprise quality control.The length of testing time is directly related to the production efficiency and cost of the enterprise.Based on the theory of lean management and process reengineering,this paper aims at the problems existing in the testing process of AW Company.After the field investigation and the literature review,I used a series of analysis methods,such as the flow chart,Value added Analysis,QC seven tools and ECRS method to find out the present situation and identify the main problems and causes in the testing process.It is proposed to shorten the testing period of the laboratory by 0.3 days and improve the detection rate of 95%.Using optimization tools to analyze the problems and reasons of the testing process,and design the optimization scheme of the laboratory testing process.Through the optimization of the information system,organization structure,laboratory layout and personnel arrangement,the laboratory testing cycle is shortened by 0.45 days and the detection rate is up to 96.4%,which reaches the goal of optimization.At the same time,the paper puts forward some corresponding measures to consolidate and optimize the results,such as formulating rules and regulations,establishing standard operating procedures and formulating reasonable performance appraisal system for continuous improvement and consolidation of optimization results,etc.The optimization of the AW laboratory testing process makes the laboratory to provide better serve for the production,research,development and other departments,and improve the company’s overall operating efficiency,thereby enhancing the company’s market competitiveness.The research and the results obtained in this paper have some reference value and reference value for the optimization of enterprise laboratory process. |
