A Study On The Operational Risk Control Of Commercial Bank Counter Service

As we all know,the essence of commercial banks' operation is business risk.Operational risk is only one of them.However,in recent years,risk accidents such as operational risk of commercial banks happen frequently,which not only causes commercial banks themselves to suffer losses,but also makes commercial banks' reputation and the whole social image of financial system damaged.In addition,the problem of operation risk prevention and control is also a problem that any commercial bank cannot escape in the process of daily operation and management.Therefore,the management of operational risk has gradually aroused concern.How to prevent and control the risk in time and effectively make up for the shortage of risk management is a problem to be solved by the bank letter.Based on the author's experience in the CCB's counter work,this paper takes the Nanjing branch of CCB as the specific research object of the operation risk management of the counter business.First,the relevant theoretical knowledge is combed on the basis of relevant domestic and foreign scholars' related research.Secondly,the counter business and operational risks of commercial banks are analyzed.Thirdly,the counter business and operation links of the Nanjing branch of the CCB are introduced;after that,the operational risks of the counter business of the Bank of Nanjing branch of the CCB are built.The specific case is the research object,the case carries on the risk research,finally exposes the risk problem in the case,and puts forward the corresponding management suggestion to the counter operation risk prevention and control of Nanjing branch of the CCB.
