EKM Multi-project Collaborative Management Platform Construction Research

The fierce competition of the Chinese market environment brings more challenges and opportunities to enterprises.The problem of how to effectively manage multiple projects,and improve maturity of project management and management skills of multiple projects,so as to strengthen enterprises’ competitiveness has attracted the attention of many enterprises.In this essay,starting from finding problems,the method of solving problems will be analyzed and introduced gradually and an EKM Multi-project Collaborative Management Platform will be constructed finally.Firstly,from the actual application of enterprises multi-projects management theory currently,this essay concludes and analyzes the current research situation of domestic and international enterprises’ multi-project information management.And then the purposes and meanings of this research have been put forward,and the method and thinking have been presented,and the whole framework of this essay has been showed.The second step is to analyze the related theories,and compare the differences between project management and multi-project management,and expound the theory of multi-project knowledge management.The third step is to analyze multi-projects management with a real company,and get the problem of multi-projects management by using the public factor analysis method.Then the five key factors of enterprise multi-project management have been concluded.The fourth step is to design an information platform combining knowledge management,multi-project management and coordination office management based on the key factors of project management and realize the exposition platform by integrating specific cases.In this essay,during the process of research,the results,knowledge,methods and techniques of various fields have been used.The main research methods include public factor analysis method,systematic analysis method,deductive reasoning method,theoretical and empirical method.The possible innovation is considering project management from multi-project angle to provide a set of systematic management organization scheme and information system support tool in order to explore the management organization and information technology application mode under the environment of enterprise multi-project.
