| In the era of knowledge economy, the position of knowledge management is irreplaceable. Knowledge is dynamic and live, the most crucial link of knowledge management is the ongoing knowledge creation. As an important part of Knowledge Management, knowledge creation has been an important means making hard core competition reinforcement increased in an organization and insuring sustainable development in the competition, thereby the organization will remain invincible. Project-oriented business process is not only the realization of the object of the project, but also a process generating valuable knowledge, at the same time the persistent of knowledge creation will in turn help the project successfully complete.At present, knowledge creation and project-oriented organization have been researched by emphasizing there own value respectively. However, the way how to combine them in order to well cognize the knowledge creation in each stage when project-oriented organizations is on business and its influencing factors are lack of in-depth analysis and discussion.This paper introduced the concept of the value chain, analyzing the knowledge creation process in four stage of a single project by combining the life-cycle of the project. And then based on the project portfolio management thinking the process of knowledge creation in project-oriented organizations has been analyzed. When analyzing the influencing factor in creating knowledge in project-oriented organizations, the actual project and the survey have been used. At first, the real situation of the knowledge creation in the project-oriented organizations has been studied. Then the root causes of the factor, the conflict between short-term effects and the organization's long-term strategy, retain the key employees by long-term inspirit, organizational structure and performance appraisal have been discussed. Finally the implement strategy has been researched by three levers such as the organization, team and the individual. In this paper, in order to help the project-oriented organizations develop and knowledge creation, the inherent mechanism of knowledge creation has been studied by the two aspect and three levers mentioned above. |
