The separation of ownership and management, makes enterprises’ performance evaluation more and more important. The study of performance evaluation model has not stopped internationally. Many scholars put forward performance evaluation models based on supply chain performance evaluation model which is better than balance score card. But as for China, the majority of our enterprises, especially small and medium private enterprises, performance evaluation still only rely on financial indices to evaluate the performance. The author hopes that through the research of performance appraisal system, this paper provides RT company’s a blueprint with enterprise strategy as the core and key indices. In this paper, we put EVA and Du Pont analysis method together to identify the financial indices. Finally, we design the performance evaluation model based on real situation of company and the blueprint we set before and select relative indices in other dimension. The author hopes that this paper could provide a feasible way for the reform of small and medium-sized private enterprises in the field of development of performance evaluation. In this paper, the author chooses the Balanced Scorecard because that Balanced Scorecard reduces the difficulty for small scale enterprises compared with others. But also because of small businesses in the business type is relatively single, to a certain extent to avoid the Balanced Scorecard workload defects. |
