Research On The Quality Management Of The Microbiological Laboratory Of L Company

With the national strategy of "the Belt and Road",new opportunities and development will be brought to our laboratory construction industry.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of the market,L company should further improve the quality management system in line with international standards,improve the quality management of L company microbiology laboratory by implementing total quality management,and improve the competitiveness of L Company in the same industry.This article studies the quality management of L company's laboratories,starts from the quality control system and the controlling of the laboratory,and analyzes it mainly by using the standard analysis method,the statistical investigation method and the related theories.The first part discusses the background and purpose of the topic,including research situation of the relevant subjects at home and abroad.Explaining the method and frame of thinking will be used in this research.The second part describes the quality management theory and the development process in the past.The third part analyzes the present situation and existing problems of microbiology laboratory management in L company.The Forth part is the improvement of the microbiological laboratory quality management in L company and detailed analysis of the Process Control of laboratory quality management of L company.Part five expounds the implementation of the improvement countermeasures of laboratory quality management of L company,and verifies the effect of improving results.Through the Study of laboratory quality management,it is helpful to recognize the challenges and opportunities faced by L Company and provide reference for the implementation of quality management.And for the domestic quality management of other laboratories to provide,reference of both in theory and in practice,certain guidance.
