Military industry is technology-intensive, knowledge-intensive high-tech industry;technical difficulty, high quality requirements, supporting wide collaboration, commandand coordination is very complicated. The physical and chemical experiments, generallyhas a dual mission, one has a lot of service for scientific research, production of thephysical and chemical testing work; another is responsible for the physical and chemicaltesting standard and unified working professional. The complexity and technologyadvanced of military products determine the diversity of military system task and theimportance of physical and chemical laboratory. How to ensure the laboratorymanagement system running well and introduce the advanced management methods,implementation process information, and to apply the results to practice, activelyexplore improving the quality of military enterprise physical and chemical laboratory aswell as the method to reduce running cost, is the focus of this study.Researching on the basis of the southern company physical and chemicallaboratory samples; analyzing the physical and chemical laboratory management systemof IS09001, ISO/IEC17025:2005and the company’s quality management systemGJB9001A-2001system in the process of running status and characteristics, if thesystem operate independent and certification independent, it can cause managementefficiency and performance drop, and therefore the need for system integration toexplore the feasibility of integrating practical and specific aspects, to promote thehealthy and stable physical and chemical laboratory management system to improve theoperation and management level.In the light of some can practically enhance the level of laboratory qualitymanagement and control of modern methods to discuss, how can analysis in thephysical and chemical laboratory of "6s" management method, so as to effectivelyenhance the level of physical and chemical laboratory quality management quality andefficiency.Given the important role of information technology in physical and chemicallaboratory quality management system, there are already some experts at home and abroad to carry out research work in theoretical and practical information, and made aseries of advanced achievements, but in China, theoretical understanding of laboratoryinformation also exist some vague understanding.In practice, the information, quality and management of laboratory need toimprove, through the way of information platform, to reduce the problems caused byhuman factors, guarantee the detection process is more stable.Study the physical and chemical laboratory quality service costs, and to explore therelevant methods about service costs of the laboratory quality control, to maintain thevirtuous cycle development of the physical and chemical laboratory.
