This paper is a special research paper on enterprise development,which is analyzed and studied by the improvement of the quality management of SH company's laboratorySH company is the leader of the global audio industry,and the outstanding quality is the key factor for the enterprise to be invincible in the market.In the era of rapid development of China's manufacturing industry,especially in the pearl river delta region of China,it has consumable electronic supply chain and low cost and quick response.Like many international companies,SH has been in mainland China for years,working closely with domestic suppliers for some of its headphones.In order to maintain the high quality of the product,SH company set up a testing laboratory in Guangzhou branch in 2008,and fully took charge of the product inspection and certification of the whole development process of the headset project.With the increasing of the laboratory business volume,the defects of quality management are becoming more and more obvious,and the customers complain more and more.It is extremely urgent to analyze the key factors that need to be solved.This article applies the theories of total quality management,in order to begins with identifying customer needs,finally meet customer demand as the foundation.It bases on the ideas of the PDCA and uses the brainstorming and relevant quality tools such as fishbone diagram,to find out the key factors affecting the laboratory quality management,in turn,put forward the improvement measures,implement and evaluation of the effect.This paper uses brainstorming method to study and determine the customer satisfaction survey project,then determines the satisfaction target,and then carries out the laboratory customer satisfaction survey.Analyze the results of the satisfaction survey and find out the projects that fail to meet the standards.Again brainstorming,to find out the problems and summarizes the four big problems,namely the laboratory work efficiency is low,the reliability of the output,experiment personnel skill is not fully qualified and laboratory information transparency is low.By further applying brainstorming,fishbone diagram and 5 whys,the causes or influencing factors of the problem are analyzed,and the weight of each influencing factor on the result is studied and determined,to find out the key factors.Make use of all available resources,give full play to the whole staff of the laboratory,formulate economic and effective improvement measures for laboratory quality management and implement them.Finally,significant improvement was made in the quality management of the laboratory,and the customer satisfaction was greatly improved,reaching and exceeding the satisfaction?It also provides theoretical basis and practical experience for continuous improvement of laboratory.And provide direction for the career planning and long-term development of the laboratory.This study is expected to provide guidance and reference for similar laboratory quality management research.To enhance the laboratory testing capability and service capabilities.
