The project cost consulting company is an enterprise with human and intelligence as the core of development.It needs high intelligence quotient and high-quality professionals.It is also a labor-intensive enterprise.It must have a large amount of human cost input.The project cost consulting talents are the core competitiveness of the project cost consulting company.TZ Company as a project cost consulting enterprise,this kind of talent is constantly losing,has a negative impact on the company,seriously restricting the healthy and stable development of the company.In this paper,TZ as the research object,through the use of relevant theoretical knowledge,combined with questionnaires,interviews,through the analysis of actual data,TZ company engineering cost consulting personnel drain status and causes of analysis and research,and put forward some measures to solve this problem of brain drain.This paper consists of six parts.The first part is introduction.Mainly described in what circumstances,why to do this study,as well as the content of the study and how to study.The second part is about the theoretical argumentation.This paper mainly introduces the related concepts and classification of brain drain,and expounds some existing theoretical knowledge related to brain drain.The third part analyzes the current situation of the brain drain of TZ company’s engineering cost consultation,briefly introduces the status quo of the engineering cost consultation industry,the organizational structure of TZ company and the general situation of human resources,analyzes in detail the current situation of brain drain of TZ company,and expounds the adverse effects of brain drain.The fourth part is to analyze the causes of the brain drain of TZ company,through the use of questionnaires and interviews,a more detailed and comprehensive study of the causes of brain drain of TZ company.The fifth part is based on the results of the study and analysis: put forward the relevant countermeasures to solve the brain drain problem of TZ Company.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook of this study,a brief summary and summary of the full research,and put forward the shortcomings of the study.Through the analysis and study of this paper,TZ to solve the problem of brain drain,to maintain the stability and sustainable development of talent TZ company to make a contribution.
