YH Company Equipment Management Based On Comprehensive Production And Maintenance

In recent years,with the official launch of the “Made in China 2025”,many manufacturers hope to take this historical opportunity to achieve more future developments.For auto parts manufacture,equipment is one of the key values.It sets the foundations and directly impacts Company's profitability.Therefore,Implementation of an advanced equipment management module to suit this demand becomes extremely important.The Total Production Maintenance(TPM)is an integrated system based on the all staff contribution and equipment management method to improve the overall equipment efficiency.Through practice,this method can increase the level of management company and increase the overall efficiency of the company's management system.The original equipment management method of YH is based on maintenance after failure and is a kind of equipment management method that lacks subjective initiative.Based on the research and analysis of TPM theory and practical application cases from both domestic and international companies,with an in-depth analysis of YH's equipment management deficiencies,this thesis proposed a new TPM module to suit YH.By aligning the TPM's eight sectors work alongside with the company's equipment management requirements,we finally bring environmental improvement,self-preservation,individual improvement,and professional preservation into the company's equipment management.It designs a 6S activity-based,individual improvement pilot,Self-preservation-based,professional maintenance as a support for new equipment management programs.The TPM based equipment management plan has been applied to the YH's equipment management practice and been verified through the implementation.In the implementation process,detailed implementation plans and measures have been carried out for work site health and safety,equipment failure rate reduction,equipment efficiency and availability.Practices in YH company showed that the research of this module and its implementation at YH has effectively enhanced the company's employees' safety awareness and equipment management awareness,and the equipment failure rate has been significantly reduced.The equipment efficiency and availability rate have been increased by 30% and 20% respectively.The proposed new equipment management module provides a valuable reference for enterprises to implement a better management model in the future.
