With the dual promotion of urban industrialization and new-style urbanization,there is increasing demand for land use in urban construction.However,unbalanced supply and demand of land has been a major conflict,which hinders development of regional economy.To some degree,this problem has been eased by a series of measures,such as promoting collective land to enter the market,which also optimizes allocation of land resources,and further regulates land market.In the process of land entering market,profit distribution is the essential link.It has always been a deep concern for research as how to balance profit distribution among interest groups,how to establish and improve profit distribution system involved when land enters market,and how to achieve scientific and impartial profit distribution.This study focuses on Pidu District in Chengdu as research target since it has been the experimental area for collective business-use land to enter market among more than 30 counties(cities)in China.By means of summarizing and analyzing the status quo,and successful case of profit distribution from collective land in Pidu District,the study has collected 29 cases of transactions and profit distribution concerned with collective land entering market by the end of 2017.Moreover,through interview with representatives from the government,public,and peasants,the study gathers information of their satisfaction level about profit distribution from collective land in Pidu District.It further seeks for their interest appeal in the process of profit distribution.Furthermore,by means of Game Theory and Shapley Value Method,the author calculates profit distribution proportion from collective business-use land in Pidu District.In addition,the author generally adjusts profit distribution proportion from both theoretical studies and practices,and finalizes a reasonable range for profit distribution proportion.In the end,combining the research results,the author proposes relative suggestions for profit distribution involved in collective business-use construction land in Pidu District.By field study in Pidu District of Chengdu,the author summarizes principles on collecting adjustment payment for market-entering profit for the first time in Pidu District of Chengdu,as well as characteristics of internal profit distribution in the form of twenty-eighty percent ratio.Through the investigation of the satisfaction of the income distribution by the government representatives,the collective representatives and the farmers,it is concluded that there is an unbalanced income distribution law in Chengdu's Pidu District.The income distribution ratio is not balanced,the income distribution mechanism is not perfect,and the income distribution supervision and management are incomplete and other issues.Finally,through the comparison and analysis of the actual income distribution ratio and the theoretical income distribution ratio in Pidu District,this paper puts forward some laws and regulations to improve the income distribution of land into the market,establish a profit distribution mechanism that meets the interests of many parties,and strengthen supervision and management.
