Collective management construction land market income distribution as the core issue of land circulation, relationship to the state, the collective and farmers on the immediate interests of the parties. Again, in order to solve the problem, for the purpose of the existing distribution summarizes the Daxing, Shenzhen, Deqing and Pixian four typical areas the market distribution mode, to get each mode for entering the market value of the income distribution in our country, for our country to provide experience for the further expand of market allocation. Then, respectively from the perspective of macro and micro point of view, the market value of income distribution are interdependent system environment were analyzed, and based on this conclusion by game strategy choice of each main body to encourage the main strategy optimization. Finally, combining with the best the most effective principle, from the legal system, implementation, operation, supervision and management of the three levels, to perfect the collective management construction land market value-added income distribution related countermeasures are put forward.Through the above study, reasonable income distribution, which is the core of the collective management construction land market, is the important guarantee of unified construction land legitimate market conditions.
