In the era of knowledge economy,the promotion of the core competitiveness of enterprises or organizations depends on whether they have a well-trained and highly qualified personnel with strategic thinking to adapt to the economic and social development.Strengthening the construction of the talent team and strengthening the training and development of the existing human resources are the key links.As the central bank of China,the people's bank of China is responsible for fo RMulating and implementing monetary policies,preventing and defusing financial risks,and maintaining China's financial stability.Therefore,scientific and effective training to build a financial talent team with international financial macro vision and excellent quality plays a decisive role in the bank's efficient perfo RMance.CZ center branch is the people's bank of prefecture and its local offices,in recent years due to the limited by system and mechanism and cadre team construction and so on existing problems,such as worker post role and level is not high,lack of enterprise work,incentive mechanism is not sound triggered negative part worker ideological consciousness,etc.,became the center branch started the main contradiction and development.To this end,the center branch expect to improve worker started their ability through training,work attitude,and realize the worker's self development,but due to the training concept,training system design and implementation also has many deficiencies,cause the training effect is not obvious,is out of step input and output,so the center branch was pressing to improve the existing training system optimization.This paper chooses chenzhou central branch of RM bank as the research object,aiming to explore and improve the design of staff training system and optimize training management by analyzing problems.The paper is divided into six parts.Firstly,the concept,content,training system and main training mode of human resource training are analyzed by literature research.Secondly,using the empirical approach,for the RM chenzhou city center branch training system present situation and existing problems of analysis,through the questionnaire survey to understand employee training present situation,analyze the lack of a sound training system training organization,training demand analysis is not enough,lack of systematic training plan,training implementation,optional the gender is big,and training evaluation mechanism is not sound and so on several aspects.Again,in view of the problems of the RM chenzhou city center branch training system to improve the design,from the staff and the Banks pay equal attention to training objectives,improve the training organization system,improvement of training needsanalysis,scientific training plan,strict implementation process and improve the training evaluation mechanism of six aspects proposed to improve the design thought.On this basis,the author puts forward four guarantee measures,such as strengthening training awareness,increasing training investment,innovating training fo RMs and building online learning platfo RMs.Finally,the main conclusions of this paper are summarized and prospected.
