Training System is an important content of Human Resource Management. Most global enterprises have normative training systems. They even form their own enterprise university to cultivate the talents needed. However, as to most domestic enterprises, because of their short period development, the training system still has certain gap with foreign enterprises. China’s training market has developed rapidly in recent years. More and more enterprises get more understanding to the value of training. Some begin to build their internal training system in order to make the training more standardized and get real benefit.This paper mainly discusses the problem of enterprise’s training system building. This article is based on the publishing industry and XHCM to design a personalized system of staff training. I try to create an effective training system for an enterprise with a week management foundation. In the research process, I have studied the training theories and methods firstly. That provides the theoretical basis for my train of thought. Then according to the actual problems in the process of research, I design the construction of training system for the XHCM. Throughout the system design process, the curriculum system and the instructor system are the key to the whole construction. With borrowing some ideas and methods from knowledge management system, I try to make the curriculum system not only complete but also standard. That helps to form a curriculum system for an industry. Then the knowledge of the industry curriculum system makes a valuable contribution to this enterprise as well as other enterprises in the publishing industry, and even to other enterprises in other industries. This is a way to explore, accumulate and share industry knowledge. And meanwhile, this makes the training more practical, and avoids the useless attempt as scratching an itch from outside company’s boots. Because the exploration is a continuous process, the whole construction of training system will be changed all the time. This paper mainly introduces the research ideas and logic for the problem, and cites some practical results helping us get the logic, process, construction and achievements of the training system.
