Research On Financial Strategy Of Car Inc.under O2O Business Model

After entering the 21 st century,the network has developed rapidly,and the Internet has gradually integrated with various traditional industries to form a new economic form: “Internet +”,and e-commerce has become the most popular development mode in today's commercial field.In 2013,China began to pay attention to and introduce the business model of O2 O,and strongly encouraged the development of such online and offline integration methods.In this social context,the O2 O business model has stood out from this transformation by virtue of its superiority of online and offline integration,attracting the favor of countless companies.The financial strategy is very important to realize the overall strategy of the enterprise.It is the fundamental principle and goal of the financial activities of the enterprise.However,in the process of using the O2 O business model,there will also be many financial-related problems,such as fund raising,investment,business operation and distribution of profits.This paper uses the financial strategy matrix model to evaluate the company's funds.Based on the status of the value status,this paper analyzes the status quo and problems of the financial strategy after the car rental O2 O model in China,and proposes a financial strategy optimization and adjustment plan for it,and promotes the smooth implementation of the O2 O model to ensure the realization of the overall strategic goals of the enterprise.This paper selects one of China's car rental industry leaders,CAR Inc.,as a case study object,using the financial strategy matrix as a tool to analyze its existing financial strategy from the two aspects of capital and value status,and finds its financial strategy to raise funds.The strategy is too conservative,the investment method is single,the profit pull is weak,and the heavy asset operation mode is costly.In combination with the above situation,the financial strategy of the CAR Inc.O2 O model is proposed for optimization,and finally propose to establish a financial strategy implementation environment and strengthen effective incentive mechanism construction and other safeguards.So that the enterprise's optimized financial strategy can be put into use.While the company is able to operate comprehensively,efficiently,and sustainably,it can also serve as a typical example of the industry and provide experience and solutions for reference to other similar companies.
