Chinese economy is under the background of the era of the new normal,China's economic growth from rapid growth to high growth.The enterprise development mode is also changed from the extensive growth of the scale speed to the intensive growth of the quality efficiency type.Under the new normal,enterprises pay more attention to strategic management,financial strategy as an important part of corporate strategy,is closely related to the success or failure of the enterprise,set up effective financial strategy is very important for the healthy development of the enterprise.Therefore,scholars in this area continue to study,deepen and improve the theory of financial strategy.In 2000,American scholars Gabriel Hawawini and Claude Viallet creatively proposed the financial strategic matrix model,matrix takes into account the enterprise's value creation and cash surplus,which provides a theoretical model for the enterprise to formulate and test the financial strategy.Because this theory is innovative,scholars for its research is not much,most of the existing researches are in theory level,and most of the research on its application are studied by a certain enterprise as the research object,lack of universality and popularization,the application study of industry is also lack.Paper based on Sustainable development theory and the theory of Value creation.Using the method of literature review,quantitative and qualitative analysis and case analysis,Pharmaceutical manufacturing industry as the research object,collects and analyses the pharmaceutical manufacturing 165 listed companies from 2011 to 2016,Use of financial strategy matrix analysis the listed companies in the financial strategy matrix in six years,The results of industry research and financial strategy adjustment in financial strategy matrix are obtained,and the classification rationality of financial strategy matrix is tested.On the basis of research on industry chose a company,Tianmu pharmaceutical,respectively from finance,investment,working capital management and dividend policy four aspects analyzes the problems.Based on the theory of financial strategy matrix,propose optimization suggestion and safeguard measure.Paper to apply and validate the rationality of the financial strategy matrix as the main target,hope it can become a kind of effective tool for detecting and developing financial strategies.
