With the increase aggravation of greenhouse effect,the problems such as rising temperature,climate change and deterioration of ecological environment become more and more serious.As a result,developing low-carbon economy is the inevitable choice of all countries.For a long time,the economic development of our country depends mainly on the secondary industry,and greenhouse gas emissions have been high,such as Hebei Province.Therefore,it is significant to measure the level of low-carbon economic and analyze the main influencing factors of carbon emissions in Hebei Province.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.The the second chapter is analysis of low-carbon economy development in Hebei Province.The third chapter is the construction and demonstration of the comprehensive evaluation model of low-carbon economy development level in Hebei Province.The fourth chapter is based on the extended STIRPAT model to study the influencing factors of carbon emissions in Hebei Province.The fifth chapter is conclusions and recommendations.The main work of this paper can be divided into three parts: To begin with,a low-carbon economic development evaluation index system is constructed by referring to the existing literature and combining with the actual situation of Hebei Province,which is made up of ecological environment,social life,economic development,consumption and emission.Then,two new weighting methods,the point weighting method of entropy modified-G2 and the interval weighting method of entropy modified-G2,are proposed,which are applied to empirical research on the low carbon economy development level of Hebei Province.Last but not least,the STIRPAT model is extended to analyze the influencing factors of carbon emissions in Hebei Province.The main innovations in this paper are as follows: Firstly,using the ratio of entropy values between one evaluation index and the least important evaluation index to replace the subjective man-made rational point assignment of the importance ratio,a new entropy modified-G2 point weighted method is constructed.Secondly,using the ratio of confidence interval of entropy between one evaluation index and the least important evaluation index to replace the subjective man-made rational interval assignment of the importance ratio,a new entropy modified-G2 interval weighted method is established.Finally,according to the actual situation of Hebei Province,the STIRPAT model of quantitative analysis of influencing factors is extended.
