Research On The Evaluation And Promotion Countermeasures Of Low Carbon Economy Development In Shandong Province

With the rapid development of the world economy, people’s diverse material needs has been greatly satisfied. At the same time, the global warming caused by excessive consumption of fossil fuels has attracted worldwide attention. At present, China’s total energy consumption living first in the world. However, Shandong Province, as an industrial province, climate change issues caused by total energy consumption and carbon emissions can not be ignored.By analyzing the carbon economic development in Shandong Province with the situation of the total energy consumption, energy consumption and carbon emissions intensity, establishing a low-carbon economy development evaluation system of Shandong Province based on DPSIR model. In this paper, using AHP model to determine the subject weight of each index, using entropy method to adjust the subjective weight of each index, getting a comprehensive weight of each index. Then we can obtain the comprehensive evaluation value of low carbon economic development of Shandong Province.Based on analyzing the actual development situation and the comprehensive evaluation result of Shandong Province, found some problems exist in the process of low carbon economic development in Shandong Province, such as the industrial structure unreasonable, the energy consumption structure unitary and the technology of reducing energy conservation and carbon emissions existing obstacles,etc. Then combined with the actual development situation of Shandong Province putting forward some rationalization suggestions for Shandong Province, such as adjusting the industrial structure and transforming the mode of the economic growth, exploiting and utilizing new energy to adjust the structure of energy consumption, developing low-carbon technologies actively and developing strategic planning and management system of low carbon economy development in Shandong Province. According to this result to provide reference for Shandong Province.
