| Since the 21st century,China's changes have been changing with each passing day,and its changes are reflected in all aspects.In the rural areas,under the tide of going out to work,the status quo has been different.Among them,the changes in the coastal rural areas are the most severe,and the structure of the rural family labor force is constantly changing.The economic development of rural areas in China has always been at a backward level.It is precisely in the current trend and situation that most rural areas in the country are in a structural shortage of labor.Fujian Anxi is doing the opposite,and the rural labor force in Anxi is green.The proportion of young people is mostly.To develop the rural economy,we must solve the "three rural issues".It can be seen in the report of the 19 th National Congress that solving the "three rural issues" is the focus of the entire party.The current rural form cannot undertake the great mission of realizing agricultural modernization and rural well-off society.This requires scientific and effective analysis and judgment,and strengthens the implementation of measures and policies.Based on the labor quality structure and the age structure of labor force in the labor structure,this paper explores the factors affecting the livelihood strategy and livelihood results from theperspective of rural family labor structure.This paper takes the sample sampling area of Anxi County of Fujian Province as the sample sampling area,and determines the five towns of Sendezhen,Xianghua Township,Changkeng Township,Jiandou Town and Xiping Town as a questionnaire distribution area by random sampling.Data were obtained from the basic information of rural family labor,social and economic information.With the support of the above data,after the construction of the indicator system,the specific impact of the basic structure of the family labor on its livelihood results and strategies is analyzed,and the core influencing factors are analyzed through SPSS software.After the analysis,put forward valuable opinions and suggestions.The results show that:(1)In the family labor structure,the total family labor capacity,family decision-making structure,family social ability,and family health structure will have a certain positive impact on rural households' tendency to diversify their livelihood strategies.Family social ability has the greatest impact;in other variables,the area of family arable land,family housing area,and household supplies reflects the tendency of rural households to diversify their livelihoods to a certain extent,and whether or not to join cooperatives also affects One of the factors that make farmers' household livelihood strategies diversified;among them,the cultivated land area has a negative impact;(2)in the family labor structure,the family decision-making structure,family labor skills,family social ability,and family total labor capacity produce positive results for farmers' livelihoods.To influence,which has the greatest influence on family decision-making structure,family social ability is second;among other variables,family cultivated area,family housing area,family labor education level,family health structure,and household daily necessities are all in a certain degree.Reflecting rural areas Court livelihood outcomes,and whether to join the cooperative society will affect the livelihoods of rural households outcome;where arable land is negatively related to family,others are positively correlated. |
