Study On Quality Management System Of DC/DC Department Of A-Institute

In recent years,China's space industry has developed rapidly and its space missions have continued to grow rapidly.In this process,from the external environment of the enterprise,the market demand to the internal operation of the organization,profound changes have taken place,and gradually show the industrial dynamics of aerospace commercialization.In this process,how enterprises upgrade the Quality Management System,complete system to adaptation changes is very important.In this paper,the department of A-Institute with typical case characteristics is selected,and the enterprise operation problem is found by using the method of diagnosis research and case study.Using GJB9001 C tools,system optimization and research work are carried out.Firstly,the basic requirements of the military QMS standard and the core concept of CASC quality management are summarized.The weak links in system operation and construction are analyzed by means of abnormal data analysis.In the QMS standards,the "planning" and "improvement" methods are adopted,and measures are formulated and implemented in terms of system construction,program and system documentation optimization,and supporting measures for system construction.Using the system management thought of "quality management whole process",the technical management requirements such as Delicacy Management and Product Guarantee Management are integrated with the TQM system.Through the above work,the operation level of the quality system of the D-department has been improved,and the problem in the development of the enterprise has been solved.The research of this paper has certain reference value and function for enterprises with similar problems,and it has certain guiding significance to carry out system operation analysis and improvement.
