Research On Optimization Of DLK Module Out Of Warehouse Process Of YNSYY Company Based On Value Flow Analysis

After the Second World War,lean thought began to sprout.After nearly twenty years of exploration,Ono Chi and Toyoda Eiji,the founder of TOYOTA automobile manufacturing company,have finally formed the characteristics of multiple products,high quality,small batch and low consumption to reduce waste.Such a production system can not only achieve the most efficient process,the most satisfying high-quality products,the most timely delivery of customers,but also enable manufacturers to achieve long-term goals of profitability and development.With the progress of science and technology,faced with a series of waste operations caused by the increasing variety and quantity of products in the logistics distribution of pharmaceutical industry,more and more researches begin to identify how to identify waste and eliminate waste effectively.This paper mainly applies the value stream analysis method,focusing on the characteristics of DLK module's outgoing operation process in YNSYY company.The purpose is to achieve continuous improvement of YNSYY's DLK module outgoing operation,in order to eliminate waste.The following research is done in this paper.(1)Use the value flow analysis method based on lean thoughtIn order to draw out the YNSYY company DLK module pick-up operation process value stream map to identify and eliminate waste,improve and optimize the concept of lean thinking in this paper,through the analysis of value flow,from the perspective of "customer demand,eliminate waste,continuous optimization of operation system" three aspects.(2)The application of WBS(work decomposition structure)to optimize the implementation of the outgoing processWhen developing and implementing the process optimization,WBS is used to decompose the YNSYY DLK module's outgoing operation process,form severa l deliverables,and complete the process improvement according to the task package organized,maneuverable and controlled.At the same time,based on task package,change employee responsibility is not clear,the work enthusiasm of the weak mess management mode,make employee relations more harmonious,the whole team becomes more closely.Based on the actual situation,the research on the theory and method of value stream analysis to the author's work as an example,through the practice of VSA-WBS(the value flow and work breakdown structure analysis method)is applied to medical logistics lean improvement is a very effective method,not only has a certain theoretical significance,but also has certain practical value.Through the comprehensive analysis method of value flow and work breakdown structure,it can indirectly cultivate and form corporate culture,let employees know how to evaluate value from the perspective of customers,and achieve customer value through continuous improvement.
