A Study Of Technology Innovation System Of The Fifth Institute Of Casc

Aerospace science and technology industry, a national strategic industry, is one of the important indicators to measure comprehensive national power and national defense strength of a country. The Party and the government have taken"the innovative country"as a grand goal and proposed a technology innovation system which takes market as guidance and business as subject, as well as combines production and research. It is definitely presented in the"program planning of the national long-term science and technology development"that independent innovation, surmounting, supporting development and leading the future. In the current situation, consummating the technology innovation system and promoting technological innovation capability is just to respond the national calls and take the conference spirit into steps, as well as help to achieve the development goals and keep space technology developing rapidly.This paper demonstrates the current research of the technology innovation system. On basis of abundant data at home and abroad, foreign aerospace enterprises and the fifth institute of China Aerospace Science Company (CASC) are compared. Then the direction of future development is defined, and a new program which completes the technology innovation system against the problems of organizational structure, basic platform, talent team, funds inputting and innovation mechanism is proposed, mainly including five aspects—guiding ideology, construction target, key construction projects, implementation steps and proposal. Simultaneously, useful references to complete the technology innovation system are provided.
