With the development of economy,the role of human resource management has become more and more strengthened.In the field of traditional manufacturing enterprise,it is important to develop human resource both in wideness and depth.Via development and management of human resource to enhance labor efficiency,management level and enterprise competitive power.This dissertation takes workers in production line in CNTT Company as research object and applying human resource theory and managerial method,makes improvement on payment design for workers in production line.Firstly,the dissertation introduces the research background and meaning,states the current remuneration theory research situation at home and abroad,describes the 4P module and related human resource management method,and introduces the intensive way on workers in production line and how to establish the intensive system.Secondly,it is investigated the current human resource and remuneration management situation on workers in production line by interview and questionnaire method to conduct payment satisfaction from employees,which has analyzed the problems in current remuneration system.Thirdly,combining the company strategy,to design the remuneration system for workers in production line in CNTT Company on the basis of 4P module,to solve the current problems in remuneration system and perfect the human resource management system.Finally,to guarantee the operation of payment system through improvement of the 4P module.Furthermore,it applies the effect assessment of the payment system from the perspective of enterprise and employee in order to verify the feasibility. |
