Survey Research On Present Situation Of Supply And Marketing Cooperatives In Wafangdian City

In recent years,with the decision of deepening the reform of the supply and marketing cooperatives comprehensive,unlock the door of the supply and marketing system reform,which brought important opportunity of development to Wafangdian city supply and marketing cooperatives,to accelerate the process of comprehensive reform in Wafangdian city supply and marketing cooperatives,Wafangdian city supply and marketing cooperatives also introduced a "deepening the reform of supply and marketing cooperatives comprehensive implementation opinion",which laid a foundation for comprehensive reform of supply and marketing cooperatives.Based on the development status of supply and marketing cooperatives in Wafangdian city,this paper summarizes the achievements,analyzes the problems existing in the development of Wafangdian supply and marketing cooperatives,and puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of Wafangdian supply and marketing cooperatives.In this paper,through many kinds of methods of public management like literature review,field investigation method,interview method,mathematical statistics and so on,to investigate and study the current situation of Wafangdian city supply and marketing cooperatives,it is concluded that the specific poverty alleviation,farmers’ increasing income,building platforms,broadening agricultural product sales channels of Wafangdian,enhancing supplying and marketing cooperatives trademark rights consciousness,assets supervision to revitalize the economy.Through the data analysis,summed up the existing problems and causes problems that enterprise owes more complaint reporting stability in high pressure,the basic-level organization system is not sound,lack of talent,supply and marketing cooperatives visibility is low.By referring to the results obtained and aiming at the existing problems,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on how to promote the construction of the grass-roots organization system,optimize the development environment of the grass-roots supply and marketing cooperatives,and strengthen the talent and technical support of the supply and marketing cooperatives.Summarizes the practical and feasible measures,including strengthening organization construction of rural basic units,the structure of the force of the innovation,strengthening the supervision mechanism of assets we have,the innovation service system for the agriculture,strengthening the publicity of supply and marketing cooperatives,broadening the support policies,improving their own quality management personnel,training and absorbing specialists in the field of professional and technical personnel,etc.
