The compostable products are the products made of material compostable from both thermodynamics-wise and dynamics-wise,and could be composed during certain period.The compostable products could be divided into light degradable ones and bio-degradable ones based on external influence elements.This essay focuses on the study of how Y Company chooses correct strategies to extend their market share in export business overseas.With analysis of PEST method,the internal and external environments and situation of Y Company facing during process of internal market expansion for compostable products is studied.And meantime,I use the method of comparison analysis to compare the basic data of Y Company with K Company,the leading company of this industry and with H Company,the emerging strong competitor,and the data provides important reference for Y Company strategy for compostable products.Then I use the method of SWOT analysis,to know the strengths,weaknesses,opportunity,threats of Y Company for compostable products,to find the possible correct market strategy to develop international market.Based on STP theory,the segment market Y Company should focus on is analyzed.Finally based 4P theory,and based on real situation of Y Company,the possible and feasible strategies for Y Company to adopt currently are: to be technical advanced and only to be technical leading company,it's possible for Y Company to get positive position in international market.Then possible combined strategies are using the internet B2B/B2 C sales platform to mine more potential customers;to cooperate with local agents at target customer countries to serve customer better;to merge the raw material maker to reduce the production cost and gain price level advantage.At the last,suggestions are made for how to ensure these strategies be realized,including: increasing the input for R & D;reinforcing the information system management;strengthen the training of people with better export business skills;establishing reasonable supply chain.
