| With the deepening development and implementation of the reform and opening up,China’s national economy has achieved steady development,but as a socialist country,China has been plagued by poverty for a long time.There are about 900 million farmers in China,most of whom live in some remote and economically backward places,which is also the main content of China’s basic national conditions.Based on this,since the reform and opening up,China has formulated and implemented a series of reform measures and policy policies with the goal of developing the economy in rural areas.Especially xi general secretary in Hunan province farming during the poverty alleviation work,clearly put forward the "precision poverty alleviation" concept,and in the 19 th report clearly put forward the ideas of "precise poverty alleviation",made a vision not only for rural poverty alleviation work instructions,but also made a clear direction for rural poverty alleviation work.After 40 years of exploration and practice of our country from 1978 to 2017 cumulative completed 740 million poverty reduction,and has obtained the substantial effect on rural poverty alleviation work,but in some remote and backward area,rural poverty alleviation work did not achieve significant results,and on the policies and measures to implement,also walked a lot of detours,fork in the road,seriously affected the accurate long-term poverty alleviation policy implementation,to a certain extent,hampered the to achieve the goal of "to achieve a well-off society in an all-round way".Based on this,this paper takes the work of rural poverty alleviation under the new situation as the research object and analyzes the practical difficulties of targeted poverty alleviation at the village level.However,in the research process,it is found that there are few research literatures on targeted poverty alleviation at the village level at home and abroad.In addition,in the real environment,the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation policies is not in place and comprehensive due to the complex diversification of poverty alleviation objects,diversification of poverty alleviation subjects and imperfect poverty alleviation management mechanism.Paper,therefore,is to draw lessons from the existing related literature and combining with precise poverty theory,based on the study of precision T village poverty alleviation work practice,found in the precision on the poverty alleviation work although made some achievements,but in object recognition,policy design,subject awareness for poverty alleviation and other performance shortfalls,and lead to its precise poverty alleviation work still exists some of the more prominent problem.Finally,aiming at these problems,this paper proposes solutions and improvement measures to the practical difficulties of targeted poverty alleviation in rural areas,aiming at effectively promoting and promoting the targeted poverty alleviation work in T village,and hoping to provide some valuable Suggestions for other regions to better carry out targeted poverty alleviation work. |
