| Since the 19th CPC national congress,the CPC central committee has attached great importance to poverty alleviation and enrichment in poverty-stricken areas.This is because targeted poverty alleviation is of great significance to the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,and is also conducive to the realization of the"rural revitalization strategy".At present,China’s targeted poverty alleviation has achieved better results than the previous flood and flood irrigation poverty alleviation methods.But we can also see that in practice,we have encountered difficulties and problems in implementation.In order to realize the sustainable development of targeted poverty alleviation under the new normal of economy,this paper takes xiehejian village,miaofengshan town,mentougou district,Beijing as the investigation object.A detailed interview and questionnaire survey were carried out among the members of the village committee,villagers and the poverty relief office in mentougou district.Through the investigation of a series of situations and current situation of targeted poverty alleviation in this village,it is found that there are still some practical problems in many seemingly breakthrough innovative poverty alleviation policies.These problems can be mainly divided into three aspects according to the process of poverty alleviation work,namely,poor households identification is not accurate,poverty alleviation policy formulation is not accurate,and poverty alleviation performance assessment is not accurate.In view of the actual situation of xiehejian village,the author also gives some pertinent Suggestions.It is hoped that targeted poverty alleviation work can better accurately identify poor objects,introduce more accurate poverty alleviation policies and realize accurate assessment of poverty alleviation achievements.It is hoped that the difficulties and countermeasures in the practice of targeted poverty alleviation proposed in this paper will promote and facilitate the development of targeted poverty alleviation policies in the future. |
