Research On The Effectiveness Of Targeted Financial Poverty Alleviation And Poverty Reduction In Ethnic Minority Areas

Financial poverty alleviation is an important part of the national poverty alleviation strategy.Under the premise of government guidance and extensive participation of financial institutions,it is emphasized that financial institutions provide commercial financial services to poor objects in specific poor areas.Hubei provincial government actively implements the targeted poverty alleviation strategy,increases government support and investment,and improves the pertinence of targeted poverty alleviation.Enshi prefecture government also strictly implements the provincial government's strategic deployment.Enshi prefecture,located in the southwest of Hubei province,is an "old and young frontier poor" area,which belongs to the state council designated western development and wuling mountain area national concentrated poverty alleviation area,is the main battlefield of poverty alleviation.It has jurisdiction over six counties and two cities as national key poverty counties and cities,with large amount,wide coverage and deep poverty.Based on the comparative analysis of relevant domestic and foreign literatures on targeted financial poverty alleviation,this paper sorts out the theories of targeted financial poverty alleviation mode,targeted financial poverty alleviation and income of the poor population,targeted financial poverty alleviation and economic growth,analyzes the deficiencies and seeks for research breakthroughs.By analyzing the present situation of Enshi poverty in full and accurate financial institutions of the status quo of poverty alleviation in Enshi area distributing situation of farmers and agricultural bank and poverty alleviation loan by Logistic regression analysis model,analysis of the poor peasant households use Jin Sui poverty relief and small loans,to pay the mortgage farmers can to check the effect of poverty alleviation loans play,the results show that the most favorable for poverty alleviation loans of poor repayment on time,shows that its loans for poor farmers income increase has played a positive role,poor farmers living standards have greatly ascend,shrinking the number of poor farmers.From the empirical analysis,it is also found that there are still somedeficiencies in the current targeted financial poverty alleviation.After the problems are found through empirical analysis,the restrictive factors affecting the effect of targeted financial poverty alleviation and poverty reduction in Enshi region are elaborated,and the comprehensive analysis shows that the effect of targeted financial poverty alleviation and poverty reduction in ethnic minority areas is mainly affected by subjective and objective factors.Based on the above basic situation of the investigation and analysis of the influencing factors,on this basis,the author puts forward reasonable and feasible Suggestions for the follow-up development of targeted financial poverty alleviation in ethnic regions.
