Value Evaluation Of The Family Farm Cycle Model In Xihua County

The no.1 document of the central government has emphasized the importance of coordinating agricultural production activities with the environment,Since China put forward the development of ecological agriculture and circular agriculture in 2006.The no.1 document of the central government in 2018 and 2019 combines rural revitalization with green development.At the present stage,under the dual constraints of resources and environment,family farms,as a new type of agricultural operation subject,generally take the maximization of economic benefits as the production goal,ignoring the realization of ecological value and social value.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the value evaluation of family farms in xihua county.Through scientific evaluation of the comprehensive value of family farms,it is urgent to recognize the development status of family farms and guide them to actively develop green agriculture.The main research content includes three aspects: first of all,the questionnaire survey of xihua county family farm operation status and circulation mode of the field survey;Secondly,the method system and index system of agricultural value evaluation are studied by means of literature research to clarify the current research progress of agricultural value evaluation,and a complete family farm value evaluation index system is constructed from three aspects: economic value,ecological value and social value.Finally,using the macro statistics and micro survey data,using ecological economic value evaluation method of xihua county "food","fruit-pig" "pig","food-pig","food-pigs-fish" five different types of family farm in the economic,ecological and social value has carried on the quantitative evaluation,and the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn: 1.Circular production mode can effectively improve the economic value of family farms and improve the production efficiency of farms.The specific characteristics of the economic value per unit area of family farms are shown as follows: > family farm of pig breeding combined with > family farm of grain;Second,the circular production mode is beneficial to improve the ecological value of family farms.The characteristics of ecological value quantity per unit area of family farms are shown as follows: > grain family farm > pig family farm in combination with planting and breeding;3.From the perspective of circular economy,the combination of planting and raising of family farms not only has the advantages of higher economic value and ecological value,but also is conducive to the moderate scale operation of family farms.Iv.Extensive agricultural waste disposal methods,inadequate agricultural subsidies and weak farmers' environmental awareness are important reasons restricting the improvement of ecological value of family farms.In order to comprehensively improve the economic,ecological and social value of family farms,this paper puts forward corresponding policy Suggestions: first,to improve the support for family farms combining planting and raising,starting from the three aspects of perfecting the family farm social service system,strengthening financial support,and building green agricultural products industrial cluster;Second,improve the agricultural ecological compensation mechanism.On the basis of establishing the mechanism of combining ecological compensation and pollution charge,strengthen the supervision,encourage ecological planting and raising,and improve the utilization rate of waste.Third,to strengthen the family farm social value incentive,on the one hand,further attention to the family farm social value;On the other hand,expand the social network of family farms.The innovation of this research lies in: from the perspective of research,this paper adopts the theory of circular economics to conduct the quantitative evaluation of the value of family farms,which is of great innovation.In terms of research content,this paper constructs a complete family farm comprehensive value evaluation system.On the basis of fully considering the operating characteristics of family farms,the value of unit ecosystem under the main body of family farms is quantitatively studied,and the external effect of family farms on the ecosystem is fully considered.In addition,this paper focuses on the evaluation of the ecological value of family farms,which is an improvement compared with the existing researches that attach importance to the economic value evaluation and ignore the ecological value.
