The Study On The Evaluation Of The Quality Of Urbanization In China

China has entered the overdue period of slow and steady after the high-speed development,which was known as the new normal,we must develop the potential of economic growth,promote the adjustment of economic structure,and change the mode of economic development at this period.Urbanization is the product which is accompanied by the economic development and industrialization.In turn,urbanization is also an important means to promote the adjustment of economic structure in the future.To improve the quality of urbanization will be an important way to change the pattern of economy to an efficient way of growth.From the stage of industrialization,the whole of China has entered the late stage of industrialization,the focus of future development is to enhance the quality of industrialization,promote the industry fundamentals;From the point of urbanization stage,our country has entered the slowdown stage of the rapid advance in the middle of the urbanization,ought to regard the development of urbanization quality and the construction of new urbanization as a strategic choice in the future.On the basis of summing up the previous research results,this paper makes a scientific analysis and definition of the connotation of urbanization quality at first,and describes the dynamic mechanism of urbanization quality improvement,and establishes the dimension index of the quality of urbanization to evaluate.Secondly,the entropy value method is used to evaluate the quality of urbanization in 31 provinces(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)from 2002 to 2015 from the scale of urbanization,the efficiency of urbanization and the structure of urban and rural integration.The paper analyzes the trend of the coordination degree of urbanization level-quality in each province using the theory of coupling coordination degree model,and studies the urbanization quality and the coordination degree of urbanization level-quality of time series from the perspective of urban agglomeration with the correlation of economic or spatial region,and analyzes the reasons for the differences of the quality of urbanization and the coordination degree of urbanization level-quality.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the factors of restricting the improvement of the quality of urbanization in China from the aspects of the scale of urbanization,the efficiency of urbanization and the structure of urban and rural integration.It is pointed out that the subsidence of demographic dividend,the downward growth trend of the investment demand of the capital market and the external uneconomical of agglomerated restricts the scale of economies of the urbanization.The factor productivity is low under the influence of the low-end industrial structure and the lack of technological innovation,and the allocation of elements is not high under the influence of the seriously of the factor segmentation market and the imperfect of the market mechanism,constrain the improvement of the efficiency of urbanization in common.The imbalance of supply structure including the structure of urban and rural factors,the product,the public service,and the imbalance of needs structure including the structure of the income distribution,the consumption constitute the imbalance of two-factor economic system.Finally,the essay build the path choice of improving the quality of China's urbanization from the development of the scale of economic potential,from inefficient to efficient,from regional division to integration and so on.
